Ultra Football Club acknowledges our responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person and are committed to providing a safe environment for all.
We know every child or young person who plays or participates in football must be able to take part in an enjoyable and safe environment and be protected from poor practice, inappropriate behaviour and abuse. As a football club we have adopted all of the FA guidelines to ensure full compliance and safe environment's
Equality
As a football club, we are responsible for setting the standards. Football is a sport for all who want to participate. We committed to taking positive action where inequalities exist.
During our activities we will not discriminate or in any way, treat anyone less favourably on grounds of age, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, ethnic origin, colour, religion or belief, ability or disability.
Respect
To be apart of Ultra Football Club we are adamant that all spectators and players must maintain the appropriate level of respect to all Referees and Coaches alike.
